Q’anjob’al

Q’anjob’al is a Mayan language spoken in the towns of Santa Eulalia, San Juan Ixcoy, San Pedro Soloma, and Santa Cruz Barillas, Huehuetenango in the northwestern region of Guatemala. This is picture of Santa Eulalia, where I did my fieldwork for the acquisition of Q’anjob’al.

Chuj

Chuj is a Mayan language spoken in the towns of San Mateo Ixtatán, San Sebastián Coatán, and Nentón, Huehuetenango in the northwestern region of Guatemala. This is a picture of a workshop on the structure of Chuj with the Comunidad Lingüística Chuj in San Mateo Ixtatán.
